Penetrating Sealer System

Crenz chemical products are available in 275-gallon and 55-gallon containers for commercial projects. We supply construction management companies, building/concrete contractors, manufacturers, corporate facility managers and distributors with Crenz Protect chemical hardener and Crenz Finish Coat penetrating sealer. Crenz chemical products are safe for installation in all food handling areas, and do not contribute to bacterial growth.

Product - Crenz Protect
Crenz Protect is a chemical hardener with built in marine and winter salt protection. Crenz Protect is a water-based solution based on lithium technology with active silicates that penetrates the pores of the concrete reacting with the calcium (free-lime) to create a calcium silicate hydrate bond. This bond results in forming a chemical and water resistant, dust free and water repellent concrete surface by closing the micro pores in the concrete. Crenz Protect rapidly penetrates, chemically hardens and densifies the concrete. Crenz Protect produces a concrete surface that is abrasion resistant with a hard wear surface, does not require topical sealers or other topical coating materials that can peel or wear off, is low maintenance, no waxing or resurfacing is required, is non hazardous, odorless, and LEED® compliant. Increased chemical, oil and slip resistance is achieved through the use of Crenz Finish Coat. Crenz Protect will not contribute or cause any alkali-silica reactivity (ASR).
Product - Crenz Finish Coat
Crenz Finish Coat is a water-based penetrating system providing resistance against hydraulic motor oils and a wide variety of industrial and commercial chemicals. Crenz Finish Coat works together with Crenz Protect to provide a long-term performance solution. Crenz Finish Coat can be used on concrete, cementicious terrazzo, precast and other stone surfaces.
